The Leela Ambience in Gurugram (Gurgaon), India had been a special destination for us for several years. The Rampuri Biriyani in Diya, the buffet brunch in Spectra and Italian delicacies in Zanotta kept our palates flavored. It was a regular for corporate events in the 10 years I was in Gurgaon and we even stayed there at times even though we lived 10 minutes away. Funny right? But we had this loyalty program thing and had to use up nights so we enjoyed the complimentary nights, drinks, food, cake and champagne.

The pictures below are from a wine and food pairing event in Diya where we got a tour of the kitchen, met head Chefs Kunal Kapur for Diya and the head chef of Zanotta (in 2010). So here we are with them and some pots and pans and our favourite chefs.
