Thanks to the fully furnished kitchen and bakeware, we ended up at Safeway and picked up stuff while cooking up an idea of how to end a day of vigorous sight seeing around Lake Tahoe. The outcome was awesome.

For the Lamb Chops (dont have a name for this yet)

• Peppers stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and prawn creviche
• Crispy smashed potatoes
• Poblano Peppers, Asparagus and Onions
• Rack of lamb chops
