Moussaka – Scalloped Potatoes, Aubergine, Bolognese, Eggplant, Bechamel
Prawn Scampi – Argentinian Red Prawns Shell on in Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce reduced with Pinot Grigio.
Smashed Potatoes – made do with the potato I had. But always good to use Dutch Golden Potatoes to get it creamy inside and crispy outside. Non- negotiable. Salt, Pepper, Truffle Garlic, Garlic.
Spaghetti and Gnocchi – straight to enjoy flavors of the main course.
Garlic Bread – Butter, Minced Garlic, Cajun Spice, Oregano
Barefoot Bubbly – Rose, Moscato
