As tourist in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, what did I get back for memory? T-shirt? Shells? I brought back a little bit of #PepperPalace to add to heat and try something different. Definitely recommend this for visitors who want to elevate their grills and add some spice literally into their lives.

Now this was interesting. Getting flavors of the highways of India, Dhaba style. Almost there, used the wrong type of Tomatoes. Nevertheless works for tonight after all we are locked down!
Thai Chilly Crab
Tried out Thai Chilly Crab and it turned out great. So easy to make and cooks great. Baked the crab separately and then poached it well in a Thai Coconut and Wine sauce. Yummy Saturday Lockdown.
Lock Stock and Barrel – Lockdown Cooking
Stocked up on Crabs, Prawns, Bay Scallops, Tilapia and Salmon. Got a bag of Mesquite smoking chips, Asin Kecap, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sherry Cooking Wine and Zatarains breading mix. Lets see where we go with this. Time to experiment and try things we like and usually don’t make at home.

Dinner at Tahoe – Pesto Alla Genovese and Lamb Chops
Thanks to the fully furnished kitchen and bakeware, we ended up at Safeway and picked up stuff while cooking up an idea of how to end a day of vigorous sight seeing around Lake Tahoe. The outcome was awesome.
