Here is the 10 minute chowmein from the Indian street food in your kitchen. Keeping it short as this is a toss in dish according to us.
Use the vegetables you have – onions, capsicum, peppers, cabbage, carrots, beans, book choy, choy som. Any combination,  but just cut the vegetables in one size. Small, long strips, at ana angle etc. Bok Choy and Choy Som can be kept whole.
